Leadership roles
- President or Board Chair
- Leads the board, presides over meetings, and represents the organization when authorized.
- Executive Director
- Oversees daily operations, volunteers, and program delivery within board policy.
- Secretary
- Keeps minutes, maintains corporate records, and manages official correspondence.
- Treasurer
- Oversees financial records, reports to the board, and supports proper controls.
- Board Members or Directors
- Set direction, approve policies, and hold the organization accountable to its mission.
